Great News: Kidrobot is Moving to Boulder Kidrobot, a New York-based company known for its limited-edition vinyl toys and apparel, is moving its headquarters to Boulder.
Paul Budnitz, the company’s founder and president, said that Kidrobot hopes to have the head office operational in Boulder by March or April. Boulder is a “creative hub” and an “arts hub” that has a calm that contrasts the big-city noise, Budnitz said. “About a year and a half ago, I moved to Montana. I felt New York City was a wonderful place, but creatively, it seemed I was doing my best work when I was away from the noise,” he said. The company is eyeing a couple offices around the Pearl Street Mall area and expects to bring about half of the 45-person team from the current New York headquarters. The company will retain an office in New York, where the other half will remain. (via The Denver Egotist) Read more on Boulder Daily Camera. Comments are closed.
