A new print ad from our friends at TDA Advertising & Design, Boulder for their client Hapa Sushi features a map of Denver and Boulder with 63 dots. Four dots are blue, representing the four Hapa locations (and the lunch specials they have available). The remaining 59 are red, representing medical marijuana dispensaries, some of which are conveniently located very near Hapa’s restaurants.

“We’re just kind of saying, ‘Look, these dispensaries exist and they’re becoming part of our community, so let’s welcome them in and have some fun,’ ” said Mark Van Grack, owner of Hapa Sushi. “If you’re going to smoke pot, you’re going to get the munchies, so come to Hapa to eat.”

Jonathan Schoenberg, the creative director at TDA, said of the Hapa ads, “We try to keep these guys in a culturally significant place.”

The ad will appear today, Thursday, in the Denver/Boulder edition of The Onion and in Westword later in the month. (via The Denver Egotist)

Pretty Much Amazing posted the Chiddy Bang mixtape The Swelly Express yesterday with a bunch of never-before-released songs as well as the familiar Chiddy Bang favorites.
BIO:
"Chiddy Bang is a four piece hip-hop/electronica outlet from Philadelphia. Currently attending their first year of college, they posses a musical maturity that is far superior to the teen-pop cliché. Chiddy Bang blends hard hitting lyricism from front man Chidera "Proto" Anamege, original electronica afro-beat and jazz influenced production from keyboardist Noah Beresin or "Xaphoon Jones," and drummer Zach Sewall. Additional production and vocals are from guitarist Pat Braz. Their major introduction to the public was to a crowd of over 2000, opening for Mike Jones and the Legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff.”
After listening to this mixtape I can absolutely say that I am a new fan of Chiddy Bang. Do yourself a favor and Download this  HERE! Really feelin' Track 13 Slow down feat Black Thought. DF*

So Wal-Mart has now started selling Caskets. Including the Virgen De Guadalupe above. This truly makes them your one stop shopping retailer. Funny how this just came about right in time for the holidays. And don't forget shoppers they have layaway. 10% down too. DF*
